The Henkan Team have made a significant contribution to the progressive success of the Heineken TPM programme over the last 3 years. As a valued partner for change, they have supported us through the transfer of their knowledge and experience using a practical, passionate and engaging approach.
The support from Henkan is contributing to speed up and reinforce our program. I want to mention the cooperation with John C. for the senior Auditing process which represent the key frame to keep consistency and pace. His wide WCM competence and open mind approach made easy the model alignment and effective the feedback.
We hired Henkan to support our organisation through our Lean journey. Our factory has recently been confirmed as the most advanced Lean site amongst all the Philips Factories implementing Lean.
