2006
Henkan Founded

Henkan was founded with the aim to support blue chip organisations optimising their Continuous Improvement methodology.

Forging our Path

We supported a small number of clients including the global giant, Saint-Gobain. We provided them with model development, training and consultancy that today has saved the company over €300M.

2007
Unilever

The start of a long lasting relationship with Unilever.

2008
Lean Leadership

Henkan were instrumental in the implementation of Lean in Philips developing a Lean Leadership course which still runs today and has trained over 1000 people.

2009
Launching 'The Henkan Way'

The official introduction of the Henkan philosophy.

WCM Support Handbooks

Produced comprehensive WCM Programme support literature for Saint-Gobain Gypsum.

2010
Philips Factory Lean Roll-out

Henkan led the first Philips factory to achieve full roll-out of the corporate Lean programme, achieving €11.5M euro savings.

2011
Novel People Programme

Developed a progressive People Development programme for Saint-Gobain to place emphasis on how to drive out loss by effectively engaging the workforce and leadership.

2012
EEM Model Launch

Developed a EEM model for new equipment installation within Britvic.

Team Expansion

We employed many more staff to support increasing demand leading to expansion into new prestigious business park offices.

2013
Heineken TPM Programme

We were invited by Heineken to be their lead auditors. This has now expanded to include programme development, training, coaching and ongoing support.

2014
More Team Expansion

We hired consultants specialising in Supply Chain Management.

Factory of the Year Award

Supported Philips Avent UK to achieve Factory of the Year Award.

2015
Unilever Packaging Innovation

Supporting the global packaging innovation programme, with the goal to improve organisational capability.

2016
New Strategy for Henkan

To offer innovative approaches to applying continuous improvement as we venture into new markets and further nourish and grow our long-lasting existing relationships.
